I trust you have all enjoyed a wonderful summer. As we approach our 60th ATA District Conference, we cordially invite you to join us for this significant event. This conference presents an invaluable opportunity for us to convene, conduct the business of ATA, and foster fellowship among Brothers. Our theme this year is “Embracing Strategies for Another 60 Years of Success – Unleashing the ATA IMPACT.”  

This year the 60th District Conference will be held October 31 - November 3, 2024 in Clarksville, TN at the Double Tree by Hilton, 50 College Street, Clarksville, TN, 37040 and Austin Peay State University, 601 College Street, Clarksville, TN, 37040.

Competitions 
All Chapters must complete the following form to register for all awards competitions at the Annual District Conference. Please provide all requested information when completing each section. FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY OCTOBER 17, 2024. Each chapter is required to participate in four award categories. Financial prices will be awarded before the 2025 Regional Convention. The winning chapters must show complete registration a minimum of 30 days before the convention opening to receive the awarded funds.  Contact our District Awards Chairman, Brother Jermaine McCaskill, 662-392-7167 with any questions.

Sponsorships
District Leadership would like to encourage all chapters and foundations of chapters to support the District Conference. The District has put together a sponsorship package to assist in meeting the financial responsibility associated with the District Conference. ATA Hall of Fame 
The District of TN is proud to announce the arrival of the ATA Hall of Fame.  The requirements for consideration and nomination form will be sent to the district on Friday, August 16, 2024.  The nomination window will close on October 17, 2024.
