Chapter and Foundations of Chapters Sponsorship Opportunities
Competitions
All Chapters must complete the following form to register for all awards competitions at the Annual District Conference. Please provide all the information requested when completing each section. FORMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY OCTOBER 17, 2025. Each chapter is required to participate in four award categories. Financial prizes will be awarded before the 2026 Regional Convention. The winning chapters must show complete registration a minimum of 30 days before the convention opening to receive the awarded funds. Sponsorships
District Leadership would like to encourage all chapters and foundations of chapters to support the District Conference.
